These terms govern the use of the Fintastic Apps website and apps. Our internal marketing-automation tools are operated solely by Fintastic Apps for its own accounts and are not offered to the public.

1. Apps

Our apps are provided “as is.” Use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and each app’s in-app terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our apps or website, including attempting to disrupt them or access them in unauthorized ways.

3. Intellectual property

All content and trademarks belong to Fintastic Apps or their respective owners.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintastic Apps is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our apps or website.
