Fintastic Apps (“we”, “us”) is an independent Android app publisher. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with our apps and our internal marketing-automation tools.
This policy covers (a) our published Android apps and (b) our internal, first-party marketing tools that we operate solely for our own accounts. Our internal tools are not offered to the public and do not process data on behalf of any third party.
Our internal tooling connects to advertising and analytics platforms that we already use for our own apps — including Google Analytics, Google AdMob, Google Ads, and Meta Ads — using our own authorized credentials. It reads aggregate performance metrics for our own accounts (for example: ad spend, impressions, clicks, app installs, active-user counts, and in-app-purchase revenue) to produce reporting and to manage our own advertising campaigns.
These tools do not collect, store, or share the personal data of individual ad viewers or end users, and they do not sell or transfer platform data to any third party. Data obtained through the Google Ads API and Google user data is used only for the internal purposes described here, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
When we access Google services via OAuth, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access this data only to operate our own advertising and analytics workflows, we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve those internal workflows, and we do not use it for advertising to unrelated third parties or for creating user profiles for sale.
Our apps may use standard mobile SDKs (such as analytics and advertising SDKs) to deliver features, show ads, and understand usage. Any such collection is described in the respective app’s Google Play Data safety section.
Reporting data pulled by our internal tools is stored locally under our control and protected by standard access controls. Credentials are stored privately and are never shared.
We retain aggregate reporting data only as long as needed for performance analysis and delete or anonymize it when no longer required.
